Living life in the moment; dream your own dreams, achieve your own goals, and stay healthy!

This year is a tough year for everyone because the pandemic hits the whole world and we are remaining at home to stay safe and do self-quarantine. During that quarantine I have a lot of free time to spend on my hobbies, such as watching Youtube, Korean dramas, playing video games, and what I enjoy the most, is reading. Quarantine has meant I’m putting away the more ‘serious’ books on my to-be-read list and picking up some lighter, but thanks to my comrade, Bagus, he introduced me to a bunch of great ‘serious’ books. I said thanks because I don’t mind reading it, besides I’m really thankful that I can read such great books from his recommendation. I can say that 2020 is the year that I read many books. I usually read 6~8 books per year, but this year I read around 30 books. I never thought that sometimes, I could finish reading a book, not in a day, but a few hours. I'm Feeling Stressed Due To Pandemic But That's Totally Okay!

Along comes 2020 and, BOOM...! suddenly we're in pandemic! Recently, I was and maybe all of you as well in quarantine time. I wake up at 9 or 10 am, then try and fail to resist the urge to check my phone. I spend a couple of hours reading twitter and complaining people's opinions about any topics. I feel tense, distracted and unfocused, and suddenly it's 3 pm and I'm hungry. I can usually fix things by going for a gentle, food-sourcing walk. But, I ea...

A Ghost Story; Hauntingly beautiful towards the end.

A Ghost Story (2017) movie poster written and directed by David Lowery As a stay precaution: stay patient with this movie and you'll walk out feeling like you've got a new sense of purpose in life. If you are watching this thinking it's a horror movie, then it is not. Don't worry! A Ghost Story is a movie about a man, played by Casey Affleck, who becomes a ghost and remains in the house he shares with his wife, played by Rooney Mara. The movie is written and directed by David Lowery. It is such a meditative and wholly original movie. A Ghost Story is a movie about loss, loneliness, and love. The thing is that we usually perceive love as joy and happiness and the worst of it as heartbreak. But, it is so much more abstract than that. The director through this movie is showing us the other dimension of love that we usually miss. Usually when we break up with our loved one for big or small or maybe even tiny arguments, we still have something to tell ourselv...
